Can’t wait to try this out! Thanks for the recipe!
Summer is in full swing, which means tomatoes are at their peak – ripe, juicy, and bursting with flavor, especially when roasted. This French-style tart is a wonderful way to showcase them.

My mom grew up on a farm in Roanoke, Virginia, so deliciously savory baked goods are her specialty. She made a tomato tart not long ago that matches this recipe to a tee and it was fabulous! Another great spin is to do it with summer squash and zucchini instead of tomatoes. With cheese, vegetables and a crust flaking with buttery goodness, you really can’t go wrong. Props on another great recipe find!
WOW I have to try both recipes out now. The great thing about these tarts is that you can substitute the filling with seasonal vegetables/fruits. But yes, you can never go wrong with cheese and a crust!
