This week’s style star is Lucy Hale. Hale is my celebrity role model because of her natural beauty, genuine compassion, adorable humor and refreshing humility. Ever since I saw her on Pretty Little Liars for the first time, I’ve known that she’s a standout lady in Hollywood. Plus, I’m often told that I look like her, which is the biggest compliment ever. When I was waiting in line to meet her this summer (I only got a few feet away from her), these two girls asked if they could take a picture with me to tell their friends they met Lucy.

Hale’s style often resembles that of her character Aria Montgomery on PLL, making it edgy, semi-punk and unexpected. When she’s not rocking a bolder look, she tends to don feminine couture and simple street style. I really love her stylistic choices because they match up extremely well with my own taste and body shape. She’s also the queen of beanies!
